What is your average square foot price?

Historically, projecting costs on custom projects has proven inaccurate and is slowly being abandoned by the construction industry.  We price our projects based on management or labor fees along with transparent contractor pricing.  Your ability to choose partners and their pricing will adjust price per square foot based upon total project size, selections, space planning, etc.
