<p>We are Keriann and Robert (Bobby) Runyan, sometimes referred to as the Funyans.  We met through Bobby's first construction company and Keriann's need for a contractor.  After a couple years of what we still recall as our best working relationship, we decided it would be a good idea if we made it permanent.  </p>
<p>Fast forward to today and we are Friends &amp; Family.  </p>

<p>We love what we do and even more than that, we love doing it together.</p>
<p>Our shared vision is of quality and innovation in the design and construction industry.  With over 25 years of combined construction experience and ownership coupled with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design, we strive for not only functionality but also aesthetic appeal in all of our projects.</p>

Friends & Family

A family-friendly contracting company that specializes in residential and commercial building as well as property maintenance.  We are a husband and wife ran building and designing firm in the center of California.  Our focus is on timeless and bespoke creations from the smallest detail to the largest commercial spaces.  With unique skills carrying both sides of construction, our goal is to work with clients to bring the transformation of their preferred space to reality with a family-friendly feel.
